Directiva 89/336/CEE
(19-02-73) on the approximation of the member estates legislations
regarding electromagnetic compatibility, which was amended by the directives 92/31/EEC and
93/68/EEC, and incorporated into the Spansih legislation by the
R.D
. 444/1994 (11-03-94), and
establishing the conformity evaluation procedures as well as the protection requirements related
to electromagnetic compatibility between equipments, systems and installations, and which was
amended by the
R.D
. 1950/1995 (01-12-1995).

The present declaration of consent shall be limited to the liability of the referenced product, in
the event that the vendor or distributor on their own behalf and at their own risk, and without our
express authorisation, carries out changes to the machine, makes a different use of them than what
specified or works in a country out of the territory regulated by the EC 98/37 EEC rules, or in the
event that unauthorised third parties repair the machine with assembly parts and wearing.
