Checking Details and Renaming Files

You can use the procedure below to check the details of documents forwarded to a Sub Address Box. You can also
use this procedure to rename files.

Follow steps 1 to 5 in

Printing Originals from a Sub

Address Box on page 4-27

Press the





key to select the document, press

[Menu] (the

Left Select

key).

Press the





key to select [Detail/Edit], press the

key.

Press the





key to move the item to be changed,

and press [Edit] (the

Right Select

key).

The details for the selected original are displayed.

Use the numeric keys to edit the item.

Repeat the step 4 and 5 for the other items.
