General Assembly Instructions
WARNING: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE POWER OUTLET BEFORE REMOVING THE POWER HEAD
FROM CONTAINER.
REMOVING AND CLEANING THE FILTER
1. Fig. 7 Verify that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet.
2. Fig. 8 Remove the power head lid and position upside down.
3. Fig. 9 & 10 Unlock and remove the filter screen from the lock-clamps by turning counter-clockwise.
4. Fig. 11 Carefully remove the cartridge filter.
5. Fig. 12 Clean the cartridge filter by gently tapping or brushing dirt off.
6. Fig. 13 & 14 Carefully remove the pre-filter from over the tank and clean the ash or dirt from the filter by gently
tapping or brushing the ash or dirt off.
IMPORTANT! CLEANING SHOULD NOT BE DONE INDOORS. DISPOSE OF ASH AND DIRT IN A NON-COMBUSTIBLE
RECEPTACLE. FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE, A NEW FILTER IS RECOMMENDED.
FILTER INSTALLATION
Install the cartridge filter do that it is flush with the vacuum power head lid. Make sure that the cartridge filter is
pushed in until it stops against the power head. Place filter screen over the cartridge filter and align the lock tabs.
Turn the cage clockwise to lock into place, do not over tighten. (Fig.16 &17)
