b) assemble the parts of the fiberglass frame from the component parts into one (the
total length varies from 5 m to 10 m, depending on the model);
the beginnings and the ends of the ties are steel tubes without screw holes for putting
them onto the hinges, with holes of 2 mm at the ends and marking the “extreme arc”
for their fixing on the first and the last arc with a pin, as shown in the video.
the parts of the frame are joined together by steel tubes and fixed with screws into
the pre-prepared holes;
c) insert a part of the frame into the tunnel of the awning, working in pairs. One
person remains at the beginning of the tunnel and pushes the part from the side of
the canvas pole, placing it further, another person moves along, adjusting it and
making sure that the tie slides well, pulling and adjusting the canvas.
Silicone grease can be used to facilitate the process.
Each tunnel has an opening half way. In the first and the last tunnel, there are three
of them. Slide the shelf carefully through these holes, so that the frame ties can easily
pass into the next part of the tunnel.
d) Make sure that the fiberglass parts of the frame protrude from the poles of the
awning to the same length.
e) If the frame rod is placed in the tunnel, turn the part of the awning over the
previous tie and accurately align the already installed part.
If all parts of the frame are inserted into the tunnels, and the parts of the awning are
neatly stacked on top of each other, the tent is ready to be placed on the hinges.
Step 4: Place the awning with the frame on the hinges.
a) Take one side of the device and put the tubes onto the pins of one of the hinges
fixed on the anchor.
b) Put the awning frame onto the second hinge. This will require applying a little
more force.
c) Thus, make sure that the awning is installed on the ground in the shape of a
semicircle.
d) Now it is necessary to finally put the ends of the frame tubes on the pins of the
hinge. In order to do this, one person will need to stand inside the awning and pull
the extreme tie of the frame, in the middle between the hinges, the awning shall
flatten out and form a hemisphere as it unfolds.
e) Another person should stand outside and make sure so that the tubes do not escape
the pins and tighten up the hinge.
