2 DESCRIPTION
The Urmet 1734/501 video kit allows you to create one-family video door phone systems with optional
additional indoor monitors or door phones. The internal devices can be intercommunicating .
The kit contains:

3 MAXIMUM EXPANDABILITY OF THE SYSTEM
The following items can be added to the one-family kit:
A second outdoor station
Up to 3 1734/1 indoor monitors or 1734/2 door phone devices
A second 1726/100 power supply unit for the configuration with more than two internal
devices.
4 SYSTEM OPERATION
Call from the outdoor station.
When a call is received from an outdoor station, the indoor monitor in the kit
and any additional internal devices emit the call tone and LED 1 or 2 flashes to indicate which of the outdoor
stations is being used. The indoor monitor lights up immediately and displays the person outside.
What to do:
1. The first internal device on which the dedicated button ( on the indoor monitor and on the door
phone) is pressed can establish a conversation with the exterior. The flashing LED becomes solid. On
the other connected devices, the LED continues to flash and the display on the indoor monitors turns off.
2. To end the conversation, press the same button again or wait for the time-out, which coincides with the
maximum call time of 120 seconds .
3. To release the
electric lock
, press the button on the indoor monitor or door phone. The display on
the indoor monitor turns off and comes on again. After 15 seconds, the display automatically switches
off and the conversation is ended.
4. To activate a supplementary service (e.g. for a driveway gate opening), press the button on the
indoor monitor or door phone. The display on the indoor monitor turns off and comes on again. After 15
seconds, the display automatically switches off and the conversation is ended.
NOTE. If no other buttons are pressed, the indoor monitor will switch off after 30 seconds.
Gates opening and video surveillance. In standby mode, the and controls (electric lock release
and supplementary service) are not active. The button on the indoor monitor allows you to view the
