In use, the DMS-AV provides easy access to powerful features via the two-way interface found on most Total
Control in-wall and hand-held controllers. The end-user, at a glance, can easily determine the source, volume
and other settings, without relying on a front panel display that is often hidden in a closet or otherwise
unreadable. When viewing a low quality video signal/source is not an option, the DMS-AV's state of the art
video scaler can improve the picture using Mosquito Noise Reduction, detail and edge enhancement, and the
revolutionary PReP, which totally restores the damage done by inferior scalers built in to older components.
TRC-780 - Audio Display
and Adjustments
The TRC-780 displays real time
status of the DMS-AV’s volume,
input and mode.
When the Adjust button is pressed, the
TRC-780 enables the end-user to adjust
any of the audio settings for the DMS-AV:

Speaker Levels (Center, Sub, Rear etc.)
●
Bass and Treble EQ or Flat
Scroll through and select new surround modes
(only modes available with the currently playing
source are shown).
TRC-1280 - Complete A/V Control
The TRC-1280 not only provides the
basic audiocontrols and settings of the
TRC-780, but also adds complete
access to the DMS-AV’s video
controls; Mosquito Noise
Reduction, Detail, Edge, and PReP
(restoring quality to poorly
processed video) processing
of badly processed video.
