Carburetor Maintenance and Repair
To remove the carburetor:
1. Disconnect the intake branch pipe.
2. Undo the upper union nut of the throttle valve, remove the valve, disconnect the
cable, reinstall the throttle valve and cover, and turn the nut back in place.
3. Undo the nuts fastening the carburetor to the cylinder head and remove the
carburetor.
To reinstall the carburetor, reverse the sequence of the operations given above.
