Occupant restraints should not be held away from the body
by wheelchair components or parts, such as armrests or
wheels, and should not be worn twisted in any way. Occupant
restraints should be adjusted as firmly as possible and
consistent with user comfort. Upper torso restraints should
fit over the shoulder or shoulders.
