OPERATION
1. Prepare the food and put it in a suitable container. You can basically use
any container, as long as it is high enough and the attachments can rotate
freely. Note that some materials are sensitive to scratches, this means that
the attachments may leave marks.
2. Plug the mains plug into an electrical outlet.
3. Ensure that the appliance is switched off (switch position 0).
4. Insert the desired attachments into the openings intended for this purpose.
5. Keep the appliance with the attachments in the container to avoid splashing
when switching the appliance on.
6. Now select the desired speed level. Tip: Start with a low speed level (1-2)
and then switch to the desired level. Select from the following levels:
Level 1
Lightly mixing ingredients, marbling (e.g. stirring fruit purée
into quark)
Level 2
Working flour into batters, so that the dry ingredients do not
„dust“. Mixing ingredients without splashing.
Level 3
Whipping cream
Level 4
Beating egg white, mixing batters, kneading doughs
Level 5
Kneading heavy doughs. Attention: Begin mixing these doughs
at a low level.
7. Always hold the container firmly with one hand when working with the appli-
ance.
8. To achieve an optimum mixing result, move the hand mixer appliance back
and forth in the container while working.
9. Important: If you want to interrupt or finish working with the appliance, first
switch off the appliance (place switch in the 0 position) and then remove
the attachments from the container.
Attention: Do not, under any circumstance hold tools, cutlery or body parts
in the rotating attachments: Danger of injury!
Ensure that long hair or loose clothing does not get into the attachments.
Do not switch on the appliance until all preparations have been completed.
Do not, under any circumstances, use the appliance if only one attachment
is mounted or if two different attachments are mounted. The attachments
(except the wire whisk) must only be used in pairs.
