VENTILATION OPENINGS 
Once  the  cooking  is  finished,  the  temperature  of  the  cavity  will  be 
more  than  70  degrees.  The  ventilation  through  the  openings  will 
continue to work for 15 minutes after cooking has been completed 
with the oven.
