TIPS
Always place the fryer on a stable surface and keep all
flammable materials away.
Make sure the fryer is not near or on a hot plate.
Before use, the fryer should be filled with the necessary
amount of oil or grease.
Never use the fryer without oil or grease as this could damage
the unit.
Never move the fryer during use. Oil gets very hot and can
burn. Wait to move the fryer until the oil has cooled.
Never immerse the unit in water.
Never leave the appliance unattended while in use. Always
ensure the safety of children if they are near the fryer.
If the fryer and/or cable are damaged, they should be repaired
by a professional service department.
Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, or replace a
damaged cord. This requires special tools.
Be sure not to damage the heating element. (Do not bend or
dent.)
