Before using the equipment, read this manual sincerely and conserve him for future
consultations. It is of the proprietor's responsibility to guarantee that all of the users of the
equipment are informed appropriately of safety's precautions.

Considerations
- Maximum user weight is 135kg / 297lb.
- There should be free space around the machine.
- The machine must be installed on flat, level ground away from water and should not be
installed outdoors.
- Certify that the machine is securely installed.
- Before starting any exercise program consult a doctor. This is important for people of all ages
or have a problem of pre-existing health. Feeling dizziness, chest pain or other discomfort
during exercise, stop immediately and consult a physician.
- Before exercise, make at least five minutes of heating.
- Check the security of each component prior to use and care for the adjustable parts.
- The most important care is the locking of the pedal.
- The equipment was designed specifically for adults, children must be accompanied by adults
when using it.
- The machine must be used by one person at a time.
- Do not allow children romp on or near equipment when in use.
- When using the machine view appropriate clothing and sneakers. If you have long hair care
for your hair does not get caught in the machine.
- Replace damaged parts with original parts and do regular maintenance. Loose or broken
parts should be immediately replaced or retightened.
- Do not use this machine for other movements outside their function. Do not exercise if the
