6.8 TROUBLESHOOTING

FAILURE

CAUSE

SOLUTION

The machine 

does not run

· No Power
· Circuit Breaker Malfunction
· Controller Malfunction
· VFD Malfunction

· Check the circuit breaker, disconnect, and fuse
· Check the wire connection
· Check the interlock switch 
· Check whether the power-on LED on the circuit 

board is lit, if not, notify the manufacturer

· Check the controller for VFD alarm code

The drum is not 

rotating at normal 

speed

· The output frequency of VFD is 

wrong

· Motor failed
· Bearing failed
· Belt failed

· Check VFD
· Check the voltage of the motor 
· Check out-of-balance switch
· Check with hand whether the inner drum is turning 

and remove foreign objects

· Check the belt or replace if necessary

Excessive water 

in the laundry

· The drain is clogged
· VFD malfunction
· Low extract speed
· Out-of-balance switch too sensitive

· Check the drain valve and remove obstruction
· Contact manufacturer
· Rebalance the load

Excessive 

vibration during 

high extract

· Transport brackets are not removed
· The machine isn’t installed level
· Out-of-balance switch malfunction
· Load is too small / big
· Loose bearing
· Damaged shock absorber

· Remove transport brackets
· Level machine
· Check out-of-balance switch and replace it if 

necessary

· Ensure the load is between 7-35 lbs
· Contact manufacturer
· Replace shock absorber

Door leakage

· The door is not tight
· The door gasket is damaged
· The door is misaligned

· Replace the door gasket
· Check and adjust door hinges

Drum overfilling

· Water level sensor malfunction
· Water inlet valve malfunction
· Circuit board malfunction

· Check water level line, adjust or replace if 

necessary

· Check the water inlet valve, replace if necessary
· Replace main relay PCB 

No water in

· No water or the water pressure is 

too low

· Clogged water strainer filter
· Water inlet valve malfunction
· Drain valve malfunction

· Check external water supply
· Clean water strainer filter
· Check the water inlet valve, replace if necessary
· Check drain valve, replace if necessary

Water leaking

· Drain valve malfunction
· Hoses leaking

· Check drain valve, replace if necessary
· Check hoses and hoses connections, replace or 

tighten if necessary
