Grizzl-E Smart can connect to any OCPP 1.6 compatible
software.
7.5 Troubleshoot Connection Errors
If the charger is not connecting to the network ensure the following:
• Ensure network frequency is 2.4ghz.
• Ensure that signal strength is adequate. See Chapter 7.2 Check Wi-Fi Connection on page
• Ensure that SSID and Password are correct.
Follow the directions in Chapter 8. Re-Set Wi-Fi Board on page 24 to reset network and
attempt to connect again. If connection is still an issue, contact United Chargers.
7.4 Connect OCPP Network
Add Device to United Chargers Portal
Note:
If the portal URL shows as a textbox instead of a drop-down list, you will need to
perform a firmware update:
1. Keep the default
acharger.ca
in the Portal URL.

Acharger User Manual and Connection Guide.
to update the Charger Firmware
version and access other functionality of the portal.
Connect to Third Party OCPP Network
1. Select the Third Party OCPP Network from the drop down list of available networks.
2. Follow the guides on the
page to configure your charging
station with the OCPP central system URL.
3. Follow the directions on the third-party network to set up charger and smart charging.
