BEFORE USE
•
Remove the packing materials from the inside and outside of the appliance and from the
accessories.
•
Place the appliance on a flat dry surface.
•
Wash the yoghurt cups with warm soap water, rinse and dry.
•
Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with the wet sponge and then with a clean dry
cloth.
•
Before connecting the cooker to the supply, check the applicable voltage indicated on the
appliance to see whether it corresponds to that of the main supply (220-240 V, 50-60 Hz).
•
Don’t dip the appliance into water or other liquid!

The display has a function of real time indication.
To set the real time plug in the appliance and push “Часы” button and hold it until the mark
appears – then with the buttons “Часы” and “Минуты” set the correct real time.
After some seconds the mark disappears. The time is set and shown.
YOGHURT MAKING
For yoghurt making you need milk and ferment that you can buy at a pharmacy. Or instead of
ferment you can use plain yoghurt bought in a shop.
For 1 liter of milk – 1 cup of yoghurt (125-150 g), in case of using ferment – according to an
instruction.
Firstly milk and all the accessories must be scalded. Then to the milk at the temperature 40°C
add yoghurt or ferment mix and pour the mixture into the cups. Close the cups with lids. Put
them into the appliance, close the lid.
Choosing operating time
The appliance offers 2 ways of operating time setting:
choosing the default time (5/6,5/8 hours) or manual operating time setting.
Choosing the default time (5/6,5/8 hours): Press “Старт», the display shows 0:00, then
press “Режим” once, twice or three times to choose the time – 5, 6,5 or 8 hours.
The display indicates “Choosing programmed time of operating” mark. Don’t accept if the
display shows “Postponed start setting and indication” mark, press “Режим” again. After setting
is finished wait for some seconds – the process will start.
Manual operating time setting: first set the clock, then press “Старт”, the display shows
0:00, now set the time of operating with “Часы” and “Минуты” buttons. After some seconds
the process of operating will start. The display shows “Manual setting cooking time indication”
mark.
If you need to see the time left to the end of the process – press “Минуты” button and hold it
for some seconds until you see Left time indication mark
If you repeat the action - the display will indicate the clock again.
If you press the button during the operating process or setting – it will cancel the process or
setting.
Soon after the program time is over the display will show “Completed process indication” mark
– close the cups tight and place them in the fridge.
The yoghurt can be used for the next yoghurt making time but not more than 5 times.
Timer setting (skip this step if you don’t need to postpone the time of starting cooking).
In case you want to postpone the time of cooking first check if the clock in the appliance is set.
