Connecting your device to the compressed air supply
Supply hoses and threaded couplings
•
Even though your machine needs small amount of air to work properly (about 60 - 115 l.min
-1
) you must
use the proper size of air hose and couplings (3/8").
•
Your device requires operational air pressure of 3.5 bar to work properly.
•
The maximum air pressure must not be greater then 8.2 bar.
Start up
•
Before using your machine, drop few drops of pneumatic oil into the air supply opening.
•
Make sure that no dirt may enter the inside of your machine. Use protective plugs to cover inlets and
outlets when uncoupling the air supply hose.
•
Ensure proper lubrication during work.
•
When using your device only for small work loads, it is usually sufficient to drop few drops of oil into the air
supply inlet.
•
If you plan on performing heavier work, we recommend using automatic lubrication system.
Always use protective goggles during work.
