The warranty period is subjected to countries local requirement. Detail please check with local
dealer.

We promise your water filter system within the warranty period (except for the filter) against all
defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the owner's manual.
●
Within the warranty period, you will receive free warranty service for any damage caused by
the manufacturing process or components under normal operation confirmed by our
maintenance service. The warranty service does not include frequent replaced consumable
components (pitcher filter)
●
If the product proves to be defective within the warranty period, please contact the local
dealer. During the quality assurance period, we will place or repair any parts which is deemed
to be defective, if product has not been subjected to tampering, alternation, or improper use
after delivery, and has not been repaired by the manufacturer.

The product is not promised against misuse, use in abnormal operation temperature
conditions, conditions outside listed operating parameter or use in commercial operations.
●
The system is appropriate for municipal tap water only, and not intended for use of water that
is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
●
Unauthorized modification and disassembly are strictly prohibited and will void the warranty.
●
When the device has not been used or left unattended for more than three days, please
discard any water left inside the device and clean it 3-5 times.
●
The filtered water is intended for human consumption only. It is perishable; as such, please
consume it within one day.
●
Do not expose this system or water filter to direct sunlight. Keep them away from heating
elements, e.g., ovens, coffee machines, etc. Store them in a dry, cool place.
●
Pureit water filters are designed for use only with municipal tap water or with water from
private supplies which has been tested as safe to drink.
●
If an instruction is received form the authorities that water must be boiled before drinking, this
also applies to Pureit, which means Pureit filtered water must also be boiled before drinking.
For certain groups of people (e.g. those with impaired immunity and for babies), it is generally
recommended filtered tap water should be boiled before drinking.

Like each natural product, the consistency of the carbon in the filter is subject to natural
variances. This can lead to a slight abrasion of small carbon particles into your filtered water,
noticeable as black bits. These particles have no negative health effects. If ingested, they will
not harm the human body. In case you observe carbon particles, it is recommended to flush
the device several times or until the black bits disappear.
