The phone exception log from the phone you can download with the TSDM (TDM
Software Deployment Manager) of the OpenScape 4000 Assistant under Software
Management.

Check the

box for the phone (only one phone)

Exception Log
at Transfer
o
Start Transfer
o
Enter a job name
o
Select
OK
o
Wait until the Status progress changes from 100% to an empty field
