1 (31h, ASCII Hex) - No CRC in block data and disable CRC transmission.

[Wait time]
0000 to 9999(30h30h30h30h to 39h39h39h39h, ASCII Hex) in milliseconds.

[Block data]
Binary hex(00h to FFh), maximum 384 bytes.

If successful, the data from the ICC are returned.
If unsuccessful, reader transmits '*'.
