Automatic Battery Save
The Automatic Battery Save feature extends the battery life by switching
to power save mode if it remains out of operation for 10 seconds. This
feature automatically activates during standby mode (RX mode without
a signal).
Accessory Jack Cover
Make sure the SPKR/MIC jack cover is firmly pushed in to minimise dust
and moisture entering the radio.
Connecting the Earpiece Mic or Optional Speaker Mic
Release the accessory jack cover to plug in the accesory.
