REAR PANEL
The rear panel comprises a power socket and a grounding terminal.
UCSWITCH9 also had a lock hole.
Power Socket
The included power adapter connects the device to power through the
power socket.
Grounding Terminal
If desired, connect a grounding cable (not included) for lightning electrical
discharge protection.
Lock Hole
(UCSWITCH9 only) If the UCSWITCH9 is installed in a high traffic area,
use a laptop lock (not included) in the lock hole to prevent tampering.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Follow these recommendations to ensure your safety and your device’s
operation:
• Wear antistatic gloves while installing and connect the device to
power.
• Use the included power adapter to power the device.
•
Make sure the input voltage matches the value which is marked on the
device’s label.
• Place the device in a well-ventilated and dry environment.
•
Do not open the device case.
