PROGRAMMING YOUR DX8200
3. Enter the number
on the Base Unit keypad.
4. Press
and a number (
~
) from the Base Unit keypad for the
memory location.
5. You will hear a confirmation beep and the
speaker
LED goes out. Write the stored
number and its memory location number on
one of the enclosed stickers.
Entering Handset Memory Numbers
For example, to store the number 9599-3355 in the Handset memory:
1. Pick up the Handset and press
.
NOTE:
You may enter a delay between numbers (for accessing a switchboard, or long
distance service) by pressing the
button on the Base Unit at the point
in the number sequence you wish to pause. The
button counts as
one digit. Pressing
more than once will increase the length of the
pause between numbers.
