Setting Up the 

 

Answering System

Deleting Your Personal Greeting

You.can.delete.your.personal.greetng.from.the.base..You.cannot.delete.the.pre-recorded.greetng.

On.the.base,.press.

[Menu/Select]

..Select.the.ANSW..SETUP.menu,.and.then.the.GREETING.OPTIONS.

submenu..
The.system.plays.the.current.greetng.

Whle.the.personal.greetng.s.playng,.press.

[ ]

The.system.announces.“Greetng.has.been.deleted,”.and.swtches.back.to.the.pre-recorded.greetng.

Selecting the Language for Announcements

You.can.select.the.language.of.your.answerng.system.announcements..The.default.system.language.s.Englsh.

Press.

[Menu/Select]

..Select.ANSW..SETUP,.and.then.the.ANSW..LANGUAGE.submenu.

Move.the.cursor.to.choose.a.language..
for.US.models:.Choose.ENGLISH.or.ESPAÑOL.(Spansh)..
for.Canadan.models:.Choose.ENGLISH.or.FRANÇAIS.(French).

Press.

[Menu/Select]

Setting the Number of Rings

The.rng.tme.settng.allows.you.to.set.the.number.of.rngs.the.caller.hears.before.your.answerng.system.plays.the.
outgong.message..You.can.set.the.rng.tme.to.answer.after.two,.four,.or.sx.rngs..If.you.enable.the.Toll.Saver.(TS).
