Assembly and connecting

The sandblasting cabinet may only be set up and opera

-

ted in dry, well-ventilated rooms. 

It must be set up stable on a level and firm ground. 

It is important to ensure that there is enough freedom of 
movement and sufficient lighting to work.

7.1 Assembly

The Sandblasting cabinet has to be mounted as shown 
in (Fig. 8).

Step 1:    Remove all loose parts and the grille from the 

inside of the sandblasting cabin housing.

Step 2:     Put the housing on its side.

Step 3:    Screw the four feet to the housing with the en

-

closed M6x12 screws, spacers and nuts. Hand 
tighten nuts. 

Step 4:    Die Sandstrahlkabine auf die Füße stellen.

Step 5:    Put the housing on its side . 

Step 6:    Place the pedal between the front feet and 

connect the leads.

Step 7:     Fit the side doors to the cab.

Step 8:     Insert the inspection window on the cabin top.

Step 9:      Secure the lights to the cabin top with the four 

enclosed screws, spacers and nuts.

Step 10:   Screw the exhaust system to the rear of the 

cab. Insert the motor and the filter into the top 
of the extraction system housing. 
Remove the hood cover on the cab, insert the 
pipe and seal with sealant. hen secure the 
corner with the suction tube again.

Step 11:    Tighten all screws and nuts.

Step 12:    Insert the storage rack into the cabin and 

guide the lines up through the opening.

Step 13:    Connect the electrical cable of the suction de

-

vice to the connection socket of the lighting 
and connect the plug of the lighting to the po

-

wer supply. When the suction switch is swit

-

ched on, the light switch simultaneously swit

-

ches on the suction and the lighting.

Step 14:    Fill the blasting abrasive through the storage 

grid into the funnel of the sandblasting cabi

-

net.

7.2 Electrical connection

Step 1:   Check if the mains voltage corresponds to the 

voltage indicated on the nameplate.

Step 2:   Ensure a good grounding of the sand blasting 

cabin.

Step 3:   Connect the power cord to the mains. 

7.3 Compressed air connection

To operate the sand blasting cabin you need a compres

-

sor with at least 200-350 Liters/min Filling capacity and a 
container size of at least 100 Liters.The generated air 
must be cleaned, free of condensate and oil-free. 

Adjustable operating pressure: ca. 4,1 - 8,0 bar.

Use safety gloves!

Use safety schoes!

Use protective clothing!

ATTENTION!

Injuries to hands and fingers may result from 
improper use of the sandblasting cabin.
