11 Disposal, recycling of used device
In your own interests and in the interests of the environ
-
ment, please ensure that all components of the equip
-
ment are disposed of in the proper and authorized way.
11.1 Decommission
Disused devices must be taken out of service immedi
-
ately in order to avoid later misuse and endangering the
environment or people.
Step 1: Remove all environmentally hazardous fluids
from the old unit.
Step 2: If necessary, dismantle the devices into mana
-
geable and usable assemblies and compo
-
nents.
Step 3: The device components and operating materi
-
als must be routed to the appropriate disposal
routes.
11.2 Disposal of lubricants
Remove any escaping, used or excess grease from the
lubricated lubrication points.
The disposal instructions for the lubricants used are pro
-
vided by the lubricant manufacturer. If necessary, ask for
the product-specific data sheets.
ATTENTION!
If any of the following errors occur, immediately stop
working with the sandblasting gun. It can cause
serious injury or damage to the tool.
All repairs or replacement work must only be carried
out by qualified and trained personnel. The tool must
first be disconnected from the compressed air
source.
