9.1 Operating conditions
The working area must be dry, fire and explosion pro-
tected and free of any corrosive or poisonous sub-
stances. The Mobile scissor lift platform must not be
used to lift or move dangerous goods such as molten,
poisonous or radioactive materials.
9.2 Test run
Before using the Hydraulic machine lift, lift a load. A no-
load test should be carried out to test all functions. In
particular, the function of the raising and lowering limits
should be tested.
9.3 Lift the Load
Step 1: Place the load on the claw of the machine lifter.
Step 2: Turn the lowering valve clockwise.
Step 3: Operate the hand lever to lift the load
Step 4: The operation of the hand lever can be interrup

ted at any time. The load is held securely.
9.4 Lower the Load

10.1 Care by cleaning
The Hydraulic machine lift must always be kept in a
clean condition.
All plastic parts and painted surfaces should be cleaned
with a soft, damp cloth and some neutral detergent.
Remove excess grease or spilled oil with a dry and lint-
free cloth.
10.2 Maintenance and repair
If the hydraulic jack does not work properly, contact a de-
aler or our customer service. The contact details can be
found in chapter 1.2 Customer Service.
All protection and safety equipment must be reinstalled
immediately after completion of repair and maintenance
work.
Step 1: Lubricate all moving parts of the machine lifter
with high quality grease.
Step 2: Check the machine lifter for external damage be

fore each use.
Step 3: Check the hydraulic oil level at regular intervals
Step 4: Make sure that all safety instructions on the ma

chine lifter are clearly legible.
NOTE!
The operator must have sufficient freedom of move
-
ment.
CAUTION!
Risk of crushing!
There is a danger of upper and lower limbs being
crushed when the load is set down.
- Do not hold the upper and lower limbs between the
load and the ground when lowering the load.
Use protective gloves!

Never use strong cleaning agents for any cleaning ta

sks. This may damage or destroy the device.
