5-2 SYMPTOMS AND REPAIR

 

         

SYMPTOMS 

REPAIR 

1. The system does not turn ON when Power Switch is 

ON 

★

  Fuse is out in Input side 

★

  Power transformer is out   

 

 

★

  Replace the fuse 

★

  Replace Power Transformer 

2. The Overload LED is lit when Power Switch is ON   

★

  Power transistor is out 

★

  5W/0.1

Ω

  resistor connected with power transistor 

emitter is out 

 

★

  Replace power transistor 

★

  Replace 5W/0.1

Ω

  resistor 

3. The system is normal but the output does not come 

out when Power Switch is ON   

★

  The SCR of rectifier is out   

 

 

★

  Replace the SCR of rectifier
