Before uncoupling compressed air piping or hose, turn off the air pressure supply. Wait until the pressure
equalizes.
•
Before starting your work, inspect all couplings and piping for leakage. If leak is found repair it immediately.
Leakage puts an extra strength on the compressor and increases the operational cost.
•
Inspect the pressure hoses and piping system regularly. If you discover a leakage during work, stop
working immediately. Have the defective part repaired or changed for a new one. Pressure hoses may
not be twisted. Observe the line on the hose surface. Hoses marked like that must be kept as straight as
possible.
•
Do not run the pressure hoses over sharp edges or through places where they may be damaged or cut.
•
Before installing a new hose blow compressed air through it first.
•
When you have to run the hose through a various structures, use protective bushing and inspect them regularly.
•
Use protective plugs and covers to prevent dirt form entering the machine.
Power equipment
•
Before performing any maintenance on hydraulic equipment, turn of the air supply and make sure to lower
the air pressure slowly. Let the pressure equalize.
•
If your machine is equipped with pressurised springs, use suitable device to release them slowly.
•
Before throwing the packaging material out, make sure no part is left inside. If so, take it out and install it.
Use the part listing for check-up and the installation drawing for guidance.
CAUTION:
Before use study the technical specifications and read the entire user's manual.
Open the cardboard box and take out the following components:
1 pc - plastic bag with user's manual, Stop card and warranty card.
1 pc - plastic bag containing brush head set.
1 pc - plastic bag containing wheels, little wheels and smaller plastic bag with auxiliary materials and
accessories. The little bag contains 2 hose couplings 15 mm ~ 25 mm, 2 safety pins 2,5 mm,
2 safety rings 14 mm and 1 wrench for screws with 3 mm hexagonal head.
1 pc wheel axes
1 pc handle
Assembly procedure
•
Lay the box on its side and take out the equipment.
•
Remove all packaging material from the machine.
•
Release two spring locks on the vacuum assembly and take out the vacuum head, vacuum hose and
abrasive substance supply hose.
•
Take out the dust reservoir from the container.
Note:
DO NOT DISASSEMBLE the dirt collector inside the container.
•
Mount the wheels and the little wheels on the base frame.
•
Fix the handle on the container.
•
Fill the lower container with 9-15 kg of abrasive substance.
•
Connect the vacuum head to the container and lock both spring locks by moving them down.
