5 0 COOLER
1. Unlock the UA Sideline 50 Cooler
by flipping the locking straps
from locked to open position (A-C).
2. Open lid (D) and pre-chill the
cooler for maximum performance.
a. See General Care Section for
pre-chilling instructions.
3. After pre-chilling, remove the
pre-chilling ice/water from the
cooler by dumping out or using
the tethered drain plug located
on the side of the cooler (F).
a. Ensure the drain plug is
replaced properly prior to
using the cooler.
4. Once cooler is filled to the desired
level, add ice to the top of
your contents.
a. Ensure the cooler is filled to
the top with ice for optimal
temperature retention.

5. If desired, the dry storage bin (E) can be
used to hold additional items or can easily
be removed for additional cooler space.
6. Close and seal the cooler by closing
the lid and pulling the locking straps
down to the locked position (A).
a. If desired, secondary locks (not
included) can be added to the metal
locking plates for extra security.
7. To transport the cooler, grip the two handles on each side of the cooler
tightly and lift. Be mindful of the weight of the filled cooler when lifting to
ensure no injury occurs.
a. Note that the lid is closed when the locking straps are pulled down
into the locked position and the locking strap base is tight against the
cooler. You may have to pull down and then push the base to secure
the locking strap.
8. For convenience, bottle openers are located on the ends of both
locking straps.
9. When finished using the cooler, remove
all contents and remaining ice/water
from cooler. Unscrew the drain
plug (F) to remove excess water from
the cooler.
10. Clean cooler and allow time to dry with the lid in the open position.
before placing into storage.
