Slide out the ribbon connector through the bottom opening of the front replacement bracket. 

[WARNING] This TRIP MODULE is designed for specific models.   Improper use such as failure to follow 

instructions and use with incompatible radio will damage this module and the radio unit!

 

 

The ribbon cable is inserted into the Trip Interface board.
