Thumbnail View (All photos downloaded from your AstraCam are
displayed). To switch between Page View and Thumbnail View, open the
VIEW menu and select SWITCH TO THUMBNAIL VIEW or SWITCH
TO PAGE VIEW.
3. If PhotoCabinet is in Thumbnail View, click on the photo you want to work
with (a red frame will appear around the selected photo). If you are in Page
View, proceed to step 4.
4. Open the View menu and select INFORMATION.
5. Enter the data.

In the Title field, name your photo.
•
On the Photo Info tab, fill in the Author, Keyword and Place fields.
•
Click on the ADDRESS BOOK tab and fill in the fields with all the
important information you want.

Fill in the MEMO field.
6. To add a voice memo, click on the ADD VOICE button (your AstraCam
must be in the cradle). Click on the RECORD button and speak into your
AstraCam. When you are done, click on the STOP button and the OK
button.
7. Click on the OK button to close the Information box and save your data.
Retrieving Your Photo
Once your photo information is recorded, you can open it later by using the
Find function:
1. Open the EDIT menu and select FIND.
2. Fill in one of the fields with the information from your photo. For example,
if the title of your photo is "Bob," type it into the Title field.
3. Click on the SEARCH NOW button. A thumbnail of the photo will appear
at the bottom of the Find box. Click on the GO TO button to open your
photo.
If you have trouble remembering an exact search term, try the Fuzzy Level
search. For more information on Fuzzy Level searching, click on the
FUZZY LEVEL tab and click on the HELP button.
