set expire time of SIP server register, default is 60 seconds
If the register time that server request is not equal to the phone
expire time . UTT -850 will automatically adjust the time
according to the server request.
Set the server detect interval time .If phone enable the SIP
detect server function .phone will send request to server by the
interval time to detect the server answer or not.
User agent , example .Net2phone register.user agent fill in the
phone wan port MAC address
Fill singnal encrypt key
