Ultra-DeconDeck – Instructions
Tactical Model – p/n 6000
1. Unpack and inspect all components.
2. Place Ground Tarp (5) down.
3. Install Bladder Attachment (4):
(Note: the Bladder Attachment has left-hand threads)
Remove grating from D4 Deck. Remove nut and place fitting through pre-drilled hole in D4 Deck
(3). Replace nut. Replace Grating on Deck.
4. Install Gross Rinse Shower (6):
The shower is shipped in two sections. Connect base to top
portion of shower. Insert base of shower into pre-installed sleeve in grating of D4 Deck (3).
Connect one end of white supply hose (11) to fitting at base of shower and other end to an
appropriate water supply.
5. Connect Spray Wand (8):
If desired, connect one end of orange supply hose (10) to spray
wand (8) and other end to appropriate water supply.
6. System is now ready for use.
Hospital Model – p/n 6010
1. Unpack and inspect all components.
2. Place Ground Tarp (5) down.
3. Install Bladder Attachments (4):
(Note: the Bladder Attachment has left-hand threads)
Remove grating from D4 Deck. Remove nut on each of two Bladder Attachments and place
fittings through pre-drilled holes in D4 Deck (3). Replace nuts. Replace grating on Deck.
4. Install privacy shelter:
The Privacy Shelter (12) is quickly set-up by pushing outward on the
support hubs (the round metal disc where the four fiberglass support rods come together). As
each hub is pushed out (push out one at a time) the support rods will “pop” out and provide the
support needed to support the side of the shelter. Secure the shelter (12) to the D4 Deck using
the two 48” bungee cords (13), hook one end of each cord to the rear crossbar by lifting the
crossbar slightly and hooking the crossbar from the underside and about 8 inches from each end.
Lift one side of the deck slightly and pull the bungee under the bottom of the Deck and to the
front. Hook the bungee downward about 8” from the end of the front crossbar. Repeat for the
other bungee.
5. Install Gross Rinse Shower:
The shower is shipped in two sections. 10” extension piece
must be removed from top section if shower will be used inside of Privacy Shelter. Connect base
to top portion of shower. Insert base of shower into pre-installed sleeve in grating of D4 Deck
(3). Connect one end of white supply hose (11) to fitting at base of shower and other end to an
appropriate water supply.
6. Connect Spray Wand:
If desired, connect one end of orange supply hose (10) to spray wand
(8) and other end to appropriate water supply.
7. System is now ready for use.
Non-Ambulatory Model – p/n 6020
1. Unpack and inspect all components.
2. Place Ground Tarp (6) down.
3.
Connect D1 Deck and D2 Deck:
Remove grating from both Decks. Remove nut from
included Bulkhead Fitting (9) and insert through pre-drilled holes in D1 and D2 Decks. Reinstall
nut. (Note: The Bulkhead Fitting has left-hand threads). This bulkhead fitting secures the two
decks together and also allows captured water to flow from one unit to the other.
4. Install Bladder Attachment (4):
(Note: The Bladder Attachment has left-hand threads)
Remove nut on Bladder Attachments and place fittings through pre-drilled holes in D2 Deck (2).
Replace nut. Replace grating on D1 and D2 Decks.
5. Connect Spray Wand:
Connect one end of orange supply hose (10) to spray wand (8) and
other end to an appropriate water supply.
6. System is now ready for use.
