WALK TESTING THE DETECTOR
A walk test is used to determine the lens coverage pattern
of the detector and should be performed weekly.
1.
Walk across the scope of the detector according to the
detection pattern selected. Since the pattern is
determined by the lens used in the detector, refer to the
lens range diagram.
2.
Confirm that the LED activates, then deactivates after 2
motion-free seconds.
NOTE:
Camera view is wider than
PIR coverage pattern.

REGULATION
The detector includes an on-board voltage regulator;
no external voltage regulation is necessary.
