Määräystenmukainen käyttö
Käyttötarkoitus:
Hydraulinen tunkki on tarkoitettu moottoriajoneuvojen nostoon ja laskuun.
Henkilöiden nostaminen tällä laitteella on kielletty.
Käyttöalueen rajoitukset:
Muunlainen käyttö tai muutosten teko hydrauliseen tunkkiin kuten edellä
mainittu on määräystenvastaista ja siitä voi seurata huomattavia riskejä
kuten esim. hengenvaaralliset loukkaantumiset ja tuotteen vaurioituminen.
Valmistaja ei ota mitään vastuuta määräystenvastaisesta käytöstä ai-
heutuneista vahingoista.
Laite on tarkoitettu yksinomaan yksityiskäyttöön eikä kaupalliseen käyttöön.
Kiellettyä on:
- Käyttö vaikeissa olosuhteissa
- Käyttö, joka on erikoissääntöjen alainen

Using the jack
Q
Raising the vehicle
Follow these steps:
j
Place one of the tube sections with a locating slot 6 on to the
release valve 5 and turn it in the
direction (see Fig. A). This
closes the release valve.
j
Now assemble the three-part pumping lever 8 . Turn each tube
section 6 7 in the direction to fix it in place.
j
Place the hydraulic vehicle jack under one of the lifting positions as
shown in the owner’s manual supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.
j
Screw out the extension screw 2 in the
direction until the sad-
dle comes into contact with the underside of the vehicle.
j
Insert the pump piston lever 8 into the lever holder fixture 3 .
Insert the notch of the pipe part into the anti-twist device of the lever
holder fixture 3 .
Now raise the car until the chassis stands can be placed beneath
the car.
j
Allow the vehicle to come down on to the axle stands by slowly
opening the release valve 5 by turning it in the
direction.

Check that no person or
object is under the vehicle before you lower it.
Follow these steps:
j
First raise the vehicle slightly in order to be able to remove the
axle stands.
j
Place a tube section with locating slot 6 on to the release valve 5 .

never take the hydraulic vehicle jack to pieces.
Taking
the vehicle jack to pieces yourself may result in it not working
properly.

Disposal
The packaging and ancillary packing consist entirely of en-
vironmentally-friendly materials. They can be disposed of at
your local recycling facility.
Enquire at your city council or local government regarding the possibil-
ities of disposing of old oil and hydraulic oil as well as the disused
product in a correct and environmentally friendly way.

Turn the tube section in the direction (see Fig. A) until the vehicle
moves downwards but not enough that hydraulic oil escapes from
the release valve 5 .
CaUTiOn!
Lower the vehicle slowly otherwise there is the danger
of injury and damage to the product or to the vehicle.

Close the release valve by turning it in the
direction.
j
Screw the extension screw 2 in the
direction downwards.
Malfunction:
J
In the event of a malfunction, lower the car as previously described.
J
Do not use a faulty car jack again. Dispose of it or contact the
service centre.

Cleaning and Care
j
Clean the hydraulic vehicle lever when necessary with a cloth.
j
Never use harsh or corrosive cleaning agents.

Maintenance and Service
J
Any kind of maintenance or service work by the user is forbidden.

Only the service centre is allowed to refill the hydraulic oil.
J
Only the appropriate service centre is allowed to replace spare
parts and/or carry out repairs.
J
In all cases of malfunction or necessary repairs, contact the serv-
ice centre.
WaRning!
Defective hydraulic vehicle jacks must be
repaired by a specialist workshop only.
Never attempt
to repair the hydraulic vehicle jack yourself.
