Maintenance

Inspect the mattress elevator daily.  Ensure that the securing straps are under

tension and the frame is positioned correctly on the bed.

Check the frame, straps, power leads, transformer and hand controller for any

signs of wear/damage.

If parts are found to be defective or worn, do not use the mattress elevator.

Seek assistance from your supplier or contact Customer Services on 0870 428

6295.

Before cleaning the mattress elevator, ensure the

mattress elevator is unplugged from the power supply.  Failure to do so could

result in injury from electric shock.

Use a cleaner or disinfectant solution.  Remove the cleaner or disinfectant with

clean water and dry before use.  The webbing straps can be washed in warm

soapy water.  Do not wet any electrical parts.
