Preparing build plate
The build plate is a glass plate on
which the printing takes place. In
order for the material to adhere to
the plate properly, the plate must
be given a coating.
This coating (3DLAC) is applied
prior to printing.
Open the two clips on the front of
the build plate.
Slide out the glass plate to the front
and remove it from the printer.
Make sure not to exert any
pressure on the build plate during
this process.
Spray a thin layer of the coating on
the glass plate.
