Switching decoders in Motorola Format:
Uhlenbrock, Märklin, Viessmann, Modeltreno
Switching decoders in DCC Format:
Uhlenbrock, Roco, Arnold, LGB, Lenz, Märklin=, Digitrax, etc.
Solenoid device decoders from Märklin, Viessmann and Modeltreno
are compatible with the Motorola format. Their addresses are
defined using the DIP switches that can be found inside each unit.
Each decoder is characterized by a unique address.
All Intellibox setup menus make use of these turnout addresses and
not the solenoid decoder address.
The appendix has a table which shows the relationship between the
DIP switch position and the turnout addresses, as well as the
allocation for the Märklin keyboard.
