03 FAQ
3.1 Drawing software cannot use pen pressure.

Please confirm whether the drawing software supports pen pressure;
 Please download and install the latest driver on the ugee official website and
then test if the pen pressure is normal;
 Before installation, please close all antivirus and graphics software;

If the computer has installed drivers for other brands of tablet or monitor,
please uninstall them first;
 After the installation is completed, please restart the computer;

If the pen pressure test is normal (Windows: in the driver pen setting interface,
ensure that Windows ink is turned on); Open the drawing software again for
testing.
3.2 Delay and stagnation in painting.
Please check if the computer meets the recommended configuration(CPU&GPU)
requirements for the installed drawing software, and check the FAQs on the official
website of the drawing software used. Based on the suggestions, optimize the relevant
functions in the settings.
3.3 No screen on the display screen.
 Please confirm if the power supply is connected properly;

Please check if the connecting wires are correct;

Please check if the power indicator light is on. If not, please check the
connection cable and restart the machine;

If the signal is unstable, please check if the connection line interface is
stable.
3.4 Computer cannot recognize device.
Check if the computer USB interface is functioning properly. If there are any issues,
please replace it with another USB interface.
3.5 The stylus does not work.

Please check if it is the matching stylus for the product;
 Please install the driver and check if the pen setting is functioning properly.
3.6 Pen Tip Offset
Please use the driver program to recalibrate and confirm.
