- Sauté the ingredients in a generous
amount of olive oil at temperature setting
“2”.
- The correct amount of risk can be wor-
ked out by using the measuring cup (8).
Add one cup of rice per person and then
add twice as much water as rice.
- Once the rice and water are in the pan,
turn the thermostat to temperature setting
“4”.
- As soon as it begins to boil turn the
temperature down but keep it on the
boil.
- If necessary, more water can be added
to stop the rice from burning.
- Once the rice is cooked, leave it to
stand for 5 to 10 minutes with the lid on.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Check that the appliance is unplugged
and that it has cooled down sufficiently.
Do not wait for it to go stone cold as it is
always easier to remove remains while the
paella pan is still warm.
Always clean the paella pan after each
use, as this will prevent food scraps from
becoming stuck to it. Wipe the paella
pan clean with kitchen paper. Stubborn
remains can be removed with the help of
a little oil. The rest of the appliance can
be cleaned with damp cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents as these could
damage the non-stick coating.
The paella pan and the glass lid can be
immersed in water and are dishwasher
safe. The detachable control module
must always be cleaned with a dry cloth.
Do not subject the glass lid to sudden
changes in temperature. If the lid is hot,
do not pour cold water on it.
This paella pan can be stored in the
upright position in order to save space,
