8.   If the tape can be drawn straight, fix the mounting plate. Check again that the tape can be 

drawn straight after the mounting plate is fixed.

9.  After the mounting plate is fixed, check that the front edge of the hold plate and the hold plate 

guide are not off.  If they are off, adjust the position of the mounting plate to the position where 
they are not off.
