OPERATING YOUR DUAL-ZONE WINE COOLER 

 

It is recommended that the appliance be installed in a place where the ambient temperature is 
between 72º-78ºF (22º-25ºC). If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended 
temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme 
cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate.  The internal range of 40º-65ºF 
(4º-18ºC) may not be reached.

Red Wines 

58 - 65ºF 

14 - 18ºC 

Dry / White Wines 

48 - 57ºF 

10 - 13ºC 

Rosé Wines 

49 - 51ºF 

9 – 11ºC 

Sparkling Wines 

40 - 47ºF 

5 - 8ºC

ON/OFF POWER 

To turn ON or OFF the appliance, press the 

 button/mark and hold for 3 seconds. 

 

 

SETTING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL  

You can control the internal temperature of each side/zone independently by using the control panel 
for each side. 
You can press the left side

 UP         

and

 DOWN         

buttons/marks to control the internal 

temperature of each respective side / zone. 

Temperature Ranges by Side / Zone 

LEFT SIDE 

45º - 65º F 

7º - 18º C 

RIGHT SIDE  

45º - 65º F 

7º - 18º C 

You can select temperature display setting in Fahrenheit or Celsius, by pushing the 

ºF/ºC

 button/mark.  

Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees indicator will appear in blue in the temperature display window for each 
zone.
