2. Pull the window down on top of the air conditioner; pull flexible screens on both
sides to block the openings. Attach the flexible screen frames on each side of the
window frame with 5 type B screws (provided).

1.2 Two people are required to carry out this step. Insert the air conditioner in
the window; the lower guide rail should be placed against the windowsill. The
upper guide rail must be facing slightly forward, in order to be in front of the window
when window is closed. The air conditioner should be installed horizontally or
slightly inclined outwards (3º slope).
