1. The run time for the heart rate check is 22 minutes.
2. In standby mode, press the "PROGRAM" button to select the heart rate program "HRC". When you press START,
the display will suggest a target heart rate. The maximum speed is 10km / h, the standard age is 30, the standard
heart rate is 114 beats / minute.
3. Press "MODE" to enter the Age setting. Press "SPEED +", "SPEED", "I", "INCLINE" to adjust the age
(from 15 to 80). The display now suggests a heart rate that matches the age. You can press "SPEED +", "SPEED",
or "I", "INCLINE" to adjust the target heart rate (from 84 to 195). Note the heart rate table above.
Heart rate program
Body fat value measurement:
Press the "PROGRAM" button until you reach the "FAT" body
fat value measurement. Press F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4 (F-1 = Gender,
F-2 = Age, F-3 = Size, F-4 = Weight). Press the "Speed / +"
buttons to set the values for F-1 to F-4 (see table below).
The display then shows F-5. Hold on the hand pulse and the
display shows your BMI (Body Mass Index) after 3 seconds.
The BMI is the relation between size and weight. The body fat
value is for female as well as male persons and should be
between 20 and 25. If he is under 19, you are too thin.
If he is between 25 and 29, you are overweight. If he is over
30, you are obese. These data are for guidance only and not
for medical purposes.
