Exercise Monitor Instruction
MODE:
Press this button to select 3 different countdown modes: H1 is the time countdown, H2 is
the distance countdown, and H3 is the calorie countdown. In all modes, you can use the
speed +/- buttons and the slope +/- buttons to set the desired values. Then press the
START button to start.
SPEED:
Press the SPEED +/- buttons to increase or decrease the speed in steps of 0.1km / h.
Hold down the buttons for more than 2 seconds to change the values faster.
SLOPE:
Press the SLOPE +/- buttons to increase or decrease the slope in 1-step increments.
Hold down the buttons for more than 2 seconds to change the values faster.
SPEED SHORTCUTS:
Press the shortcut buttons to adjust the speed immediately to 3km / h / 6km
/ h / 9km / h / 12km / h / 15km / h while the unit is running.
SLOPE SHORTCUTS:
Press the shortcut buttons to adjust the slope immediately to 2/4/6/8/10 while
the unit is running.
LAST / NEXT SONG:
When you are listening to music, press this button to select the next or last song.
VOLUME UP / DOWN:
Press to adjust the volume.
VENTILATOR ON / OFF:
Press these buttons to turn the fan on or off.
