MAINTENANCE CONTINUED
VACUUM MOTOR INTAKE FILTERS
1. Turn off and unplug vacuum cleaner.
2. Position handle in operating position.
3. Open vacuum lid.
4. Remove clamp with screwdriver to gain access to
filter.
5. Remove plastic cap covering the motor.
6. Remove plastic retainer in cap.
7. Replace filters in their original positions.
(See Figure 11)
8. Reinstall plastic retainer in cap.
9. Reinstall cap onto motors.
10. Reinstall clamp.
NOTE: Replace the vacuum motor filters every
six months.
