5. Align back support mounting plate with holes on

bottom of seat cushion. Use four 5/16 x 1¼" screws (2)

and Allen wrench to attach. (See Figure 5)

6. Slowly lower stool assembly onto the gas lift. Press

down on seat cushion to secure.
