Select: Control panel -> Phones and Modem -> Modems
-> Standard Modem 33600 bps Modem -> Properties.

Select Change Settings -> Advanced.

Add APN settings command (APN shown is just an
example. Make sure to have the correct APN defined by
the network operator).

Select “Change Default Preferences”.
9.
Press OK twice, and then the new connection is ready to
be configured.
The modem can also be configured using the Device Manager by clicking on the modem name.
