3.21 Battery Case / Battery Replacement
Kit Number E0-00-1-020 (Normal size)
Kit Number E0-00-1-021 (Jumbo size)
Tools:
Phillips #2 Screwdriver
Pliers
1. Remove Screws (30-A) from Battery
Case and remove Cover (30-B)
2. Remove Batteries (30-C) from Case and
detach Wires (30-D/E)
3. Place Batteries in new Case (-H) and
attach red Wire (30-D) to positive/red
marked Tab (30-F) and black Wire (30-
E) to negative/black marked Tab (30-G)
NOTE: It is recommended to attach first
the appropriate Wires to the Battery
closest to the base of the Case and then
insert it fully into the case; repeat in
same order for Battery closest to
Handlebar
4. Ensure that no Wires are caught under
the Batteries
5. Secure Battery Cover (30-B) to Case
with Screws (30-A)

Kit Number E0-00-1-022 (Normal size)
Kit Number E0-00-1-025 (Jumbo size)
Tools:
Phillips #2 Screwdriver
1. Remove Screws (30-A) and Battery
Cover (30-B)
2. Secure new Cover (30-B) to Case (30-
H) with Screws (30-A)
