Step 1: Pre-Operation Inspections
1. Ensure all users are wearing protec ve gloves and eyewear before opera ng the UltraClean.
2. Ensure the UltraClean is securely supported by its leveling feet so the wheels are li ed
0.2in/5mm o ff the fl oor.
3. Ensure the UltraClean is safely connected to
power.
4. Ensure all the valves have hoses secured to
them.
5. Ensure the hose a ached to the INLET
VALVE is also securely a ached to a water
source.
6. Ensure the hoses a ached to the drainage
valves are securely a ached to a drain.
7. Ensure any power sources won’t get wet.
Step 2: Fill the Tanks
1. Adjust the oil funnel to be higher than
the high liquid-level sensor (see Fig. 14).
2. Ensure the MAIN TANK VALVE ,
STORAGE TANK VALVE , and OIL
SKIMMING VALVE are closed.
3. Ensure the INLET VALVE is open.
4. Run water into the main tank through
the INLET VALVE .
5. When the main tank is half full, keep
the water running, and add the cleaning
agent in the following amounts:
DO NOT OPERATE THE
ULTRACLEAN UNLESS IT IS
RAISED ON ITS LEVELING FEET.
